Initiate Request
Log into your KidsCity.in account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Pack the Items
Place the unused clothing in its original packaging with all brand tags, labels, and the invoice intact to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you obtain a pickup acknowledgment receipt.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once the quality check is completed at our warehouse, your exchange will be dispatched or your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
